buy neopoints

In this exhilarating game, you take on the role of the Snowager, an ice beast on a mission to reclaim his stolen treasures from a cheeky Chia. Your task is to track down this slippery thief and retrieve as much loot as possible. What’s more thrilling than freezing your adversary in his tracks and watching him tumble into the icy depths?

Instructions

Control the Snowager using the left and right arrow keys. Avoid running into obstacles, including your own tail! Press the Space bar to unleash a blast of chilling breath at the Chia, but be warned—it only travels a short distance.

Game Metrics

  • Score: Your current score in the game.
  • Number of Loot: This shows a tug-of-war between you and the Chia, reflecting how much loot you’ve collected.
  • Ice Blasts: The number of ice blasts you have at your disposal to freeze the Chia.
    • Note: If you freeze and then attack the Chia, he drops 5 loot instead of 3.
  • Lives: The number of lives you have left.
    • Note: When you lose your last life, it’s game over!
  • Snowager: That’s you!
    • Note: Collecting loot causes your tail to grow longer.
  • Thieving Chia: This is the target of your icy wrath—chomp him to get your loot back!
  • Loot: These are what you are aiming to collect.
  • Power Up: These can affect you positively and negatively! The green ones are good, the red are bad.
  • Quit, Music & Sound: You can quit at any time. The music (which can be annoying) can be stopped, along with the sound effects.

Power Ups!

There are a total of 9 different power-ups. Two are bad, and seven are good.

Notes: Power-ups are thrown by the Thieving Chia. Be cautious; some can be hazardous!

Things to Know Before Starting

You are not timed in this game and can take as long as you need to complete a level. However, you do receive a bonus for time completion, which decreases very slowly.

Level 12 is the final challenge. However, there is a trick!

The difficulty level is significant. In easy mode, the Chia runs slower, items dropped by him remain on the ground, and less loot is required to advance. In medium mode, the pace increases slightly, and items will disappear after 20 seconds if not picked up. Hard mode is the fastest pace, requiring more loot than the other modes.

Your tail does not collect items, hurt the Chia, or cause you to lose a life. Only your head can attack, collect items, and take damage, so avoid hitting obstacles with it.

Green power-ups will disappear, while red power-ups will not.

If you grab the last item and hit a wall, it does not count as losing a life.

If an item is blinking to disappear and the Chia turns purple, its lifespan will last through the Chia’s ability.

A Drop Loot power-up will slow you down for about three seconds.

Navigation

Get a feel for controlling the Snowager; it takes some getting used to. You can only turn left and right, never at 90-degree angles. Practice turning quickly to navigate around obstacles and attack the Chia effectively.

Tips, Tricks, and Trophy

  • If you’re aiming for a trophy, skill is necessary, but preparation is key.
  • To obtain a trophy, play on Hard Mode for better point value; it’s not as hard as it seems.
  • For a quick 1000 NP, aim for 100,000 points—easily achievable on the first level!

1. At the beginning of Level 1, the Chia drops a -4 power-up. Let it stay and wait for a Green EXTRA LIFE to appear. Reason: A Green power-up is more likely to be thrown when a red power-up is already out.

2. Grab the life and repeat this process, leaving a red power-up out while collecting hearts to stock up on lives—aim for around 10.
Reason: You’ll need them for the next step.

3. After acquiring enough lives, collect 18-19 loot, ensuring that three of them are the snowballs on the level.
Reason: Snowballs are worth the most, and you’ll want to repeat this level.

4. Once you have most of the loot, let yourself be defeated. Your score from the 18-19 loot (about 100k) will carry over, and you can restart Level 1 for another 100k.
Reason: This method is like farming points in other games; keep repeating it!

5. Repeat this process until you reach your desired score. You can also move on to the next level if you have plenty of lives and are less than 500k points from your goal.
Reason: TROPHY!
